STROOM is building the tools, systems, and software that a generation of fluid artists have never had — and always needed.
Flow is one of the most meaningful human experiences available to us. The state where attention deepens, curiosity expands, and the boundaries between thinking and creating begin to disappear.
Millions of fluid artists — from first-time creators to seasoned professionals — enter this practice with passion and leave with friction. Improvised setups. Ruined work. Lost sessions. The tools don't exist.
Until now.
"The practice already exists. It only needs infrastructure."
Every piece is unique. Every session unrepeatable. This is the creative potential STROOM exists to protect and enable.
STROOM's first three products address the most critical points of friction in the fluid art workflow — canvas stabilization, paint containment, and session management. Each is the foundation of a growing ecosystem built on human-centered design and patented innovation.
Corner-engaging jaw tab slots into the natural gap between canvas fabric and stretcher bar at the mitered corner. Pivoting handle accommodates varying hand sizes and dexterity. Rounded dome base allows omnidirectional tilt. HDPE/PP injection molded. Non-adherent surface.
Core InnovationCompanion accessory to Pivot Stands. Same non-adherent coating. Secures canvas during the pour without adhesive residue or canvas damage. Designed for the moments between lifts and tilts — when stillness is everything.
Companion ProductSMS nonwoven rolls with flame-resistant, low-tack PSA backing. Used as four perimeter strips around an elevated canvas rather than a flat underlayer. Catches drips, protects surfaces, eliminates the blue-tape improvisation entirely.
Consumable · Repeat Revenue
Launching simultaneously with the first two hardware products. The STROOM Studio App is the session management and recipe platform fluid artists have never had — and the lock-in that makes every STROOM customer sticky for life.
Six integrated modules. Voice dictation. Photo and video attachment. Recipe archives. Designed for the studio, built for the pour.
The community is organized, passionate, and actively spending. The category leader doesn't exist yet.
STROOM is not a product company. It is an infrastructure platform — designed from day one to compound defensibility across hardware, software, methodology, and community.
Provisional patent filed covering Pivot Stands and Pour Tacks with 23 claims. Every future STROOM product independently patented. First-mover advantage locked in before first sale.
Founded and designed by a practicing fluid artist with five-discipline expertise — design, construction, entrepreneurship, operations, and the practice itself. Impossible to replicate without living inside the community.
The STROOM Studio App creates session history, recipe archives, and workflow data that becomes irreplaceable to every subscriber. Once a creator's library lives in STROOM, they don't leave.
30–50 creator seeding partners at launch generate authentic content, community trust, and a UGC library that compounds with zero marginal cost. The community becomes the marketing engine.

"I didn't build STROOM because I saw a gap in a market. I built it because I was standing in the gap, every session, wondering why no one had solved this yet."
Carol Sepulveda is a practicing fluid artist, designer, builder, and entrepreneur who founded STROOM LLC after years of working at the intersection of creative practice and systems thinking.
Her five-discipline background — design, construction, entrepreneurship, operations, and fluid art — gives STROOM something no outside observer could replicate: a founder who has lived every friction point the products are built to solve. She has poured on hundreds of canvases. She has improvised every workaround. She built STROOM because the tools didn't exist, and she was the one who could make them.
Currently completing a BFA in Interior Architecture & Design at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco — three courses from completion.
